In the role of Project Manager, we were responsible for the complete delivery processes of equipment packages.
The process covered tracking from request for quotations to scheduling, cost monitoring, and documentation. Concerning design and communication, we were responsible for, for instance, resource planning for equipment packages, preparation for kickoff meetings and materials, as well as the creation of project progress plans.
In addition, we were in charge of reviewing the commercial terms of request for quotations, managing technical documentation, and acting as the point of contact between equipment suppliers and the client.
In the final stages of the project, we conducted final inspections of the equipment packages, drafted parts lists, and also provided installation supervision as needed.
